A product made from the most select Spanish GREEN OLIVES, large in size with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR, which provides it with a delicate and exquisite flavour with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT. The mean size for the olives is about 120/140 units per Kilo.
