A product
made from the most select Spanish NATURAL BLACK OLIVES
of EMPELTRE variety with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR,
which provides it with a delicate and exquisite flavour
with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT.
These olives are hard and smooth and have a shiny skin.
This is a natural product which is immediately pickled in
brine, and whose major and most highly valued characteristic
is its oil content of 28-30%.
Since it is a fruit which ripens on the tree it is tender
and juicy and quite different from the black olives which
are artificially coloured by oxidation, are unnaturally
hard and completely tasteless.
The mean size is about 300/320 units per Kilo.
