We make this preparation with three products:

The most select Spanish GREEN OLIVES, large in size with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR, which provides it with a delicate and exquisite flavour with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT. The mean size for the olives is about 120/140 units per Kilo.

The most select freshly treated EXTRA GHERKINS, very crunchy with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR, which provides it with a delicate and exquisite flavour with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT. The mean size is about 200/300 units per Kilo.

WHITE GARLIC, a new variety on the world market with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR, which provides it with a delicate and exquisite flavour with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT. It preserves all the therapeutic characteristics of fresh garlic but the advantage is that it neither tastes hot nor smells being ideal for aperitif due to its great bouquet and attractive presentation.

Moreover, VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is added, which brings its soft and exquisite flavour and its golden colour obtaining probably THE BEST 'GARLICOLIVE' IN THE WORLD.
