Made with the most select WHITE GARLIC, a new product on the market with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR, which provides it with an exquisite flavour with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT. It preserves all the therapeutic characteristics of fresh garlic but the advantage is that it NEITHER TASTES HOT NOR SMELLS being ideal for aperitif due to its great bouquet and attractive presentation.

It can be used straight from the jar as a cold aperitif, or as a cooked aperitif when fried in a deep-frier for 1 minute or when cooked in a micro-wave oven with oil and salt for 4 minutes, the result is surprising. It can also be used as dressing for oven-cooked meat and fish as a substitute for other dressings, over which it has the advantage that since it does not lose its colour it not only lends flavour but also a beautiful appearance to the dish.
