For the third consecutive year we repear with the iTQi superior quiality certificate

One more year we have presented 3 of our products to the rigorous examination carried out by the International Taste and Quality Institute (iTQi). This is carried out by a prestigious jury miediante a blind tasting in which they evaluate the appearance, taste, smell and texture of each product.

White garlic, Sweet Pepper and Kalamata have been the products presented and the results obtained in them guarantee our excellence in food elobaration:

  • Ajo Blanco: Crystal Taste. Exceptional (For third consecutive year)

This special prize is only obtained in really extraordinary products that have obtained a maximum rating of 3 stars as a result of a score of more than 90% in blind tastings made by 3 different juries. It is the only preserved garlic in the world that has obtained a 3-star rating.

  • Aceituna Kalamata: 3 Golden Star. Excepcional higher score for the second consecutive year.

The only olive in the world that has obtained a 3 star rating.

  • Piparra Verde: 2 Golden Star. Outstanding, for second consecutive year.

The “iTQi Award for Superior Taste” is the only seal of quality in flavor awarded by opinion leaders, Chefs and Sommeliers with Michelin stars after a blind tasting. The members of the iTQi Jury, from 17 different countries, are part of the most prestigious culinary associations in Europe, such as the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, the Académie Culinaire de France, the Academy of Culinary Arts, Euro-Toques, the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, the Nordic Chefs Association, the Federation of Chefs of Spain (Facyre), the World Master Chefs Society, the Verband der Köche Deutschlands, as well as the Association of the Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) for drinks.
