Braised cherry pimentoes AMANIDA: 200grs.
Broth of the pimentoes:150 ml.
Water: 200ml
Satl: 15 grs.
Sugar: 12 grs.
Strong flour fuerte: 500 grs.
Fresh yeast: 15 grs.


1. Crush the liquids with the peppers and add the sugar, salt and yeast.
2. Add the flour and knead for 10 minutes.
3. Rest it for 30 minutes.
4. Bake it for 60 minutes at 180ºC.
