Sun-dried tomatoes AMANIDA




Goat cheese curl: 320 grs.
Sun-dried tomatoes AMANIDA: 200 grs.
“Garrrapiñada” almond: 100 grs.


1. Peel the cheese and work with your hands until it has an ointment texture.
2. Chop the tomato in small dice and mix with the cheese; roll at 40 grs.
3. Crush the praline and coat the balls with it.
4. Serve as an appetizer

A truffle that is eaten in a bite where three notes appear (acidic, milky and sweet) without any breaking the compass in our mouth.
